At Talk4Hours, we want every customer to enjoy their order and have a great experience with our products. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
Orders are processed automatically shortly after purchase.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order by emailing: info@talk4hours.com
Please include your order number and the subject line: “Cancel Order”
After this timeframe, your order may already be processed or prepared for shipment, and we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it.
Return Eligibility
We accept return or replacement requests only for:
• damaged items
• defective products
• incorrect items received
To qualify, you must:
• contact us within 7 days of delivery
• provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue
• keep the product in its original condition whenever possible
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
• change of mind
• buyer’s remorse
• incorrect product selection made by the customer
• shipping delays outside of our control
• orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
• minor packaging or printing variations
Because many of our products are produced and fulfilled individually, non-defective items may not be eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at: info@talk4hours.com
Include:
• your order number
• clear photos or a short video showing the issue
Once reviewed, we may provide:
• a replacement
• store credit
• or a refund when appropriate
Exchanges
We currently do not offer traditional exchanges for change of mind or product preference.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we may send a replacement at no additional cost.
Shipping Delays
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and may vary due to:
• customs processing
• courier delays
• weather conditions
• high seasonal demand
• carrier disruptions
Shipping delays alone do not qualify for refunds.
Age-Restricted Products
Some products sold by Talk4Hours may contain drinking-related content or adult humor intended for individuals of legal age in their jurisdiction.
Customers purchase and use these products responsibly and at their own discretion.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have certain consumer rights under local laws.
However, products that are personalized, produced on demand, or individually fulfilled may be excluded from the standard 14-day withdrawal period permitted under EU consumer protection laws.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow:
• up to 10 business days for processing
• additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us.
Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
All orders include shipment confirmation and tracking information where available.
Fraudulent chargebacks, abuse of the refund system, or false claims may be disputed using:

• tracking records
• customer communication history
• order verification details
